Flowers, or just one flower, can be thought of as a highlight, an illumination, where all they need to do is come together, in interesting colors, for it to become a landscape or the painted canvas itself.

When I decided to use flowers as material in my creative process, everything changed and beauty came to the surface in the symbolic form of flowers. Its botanical anatomy aroused my passion and curiosity since I was a teenager. I have always collected different types of leaves and petals from the most varied flowers from other places. Inside the philately shop, I admired the stamps with flowers.

Throughout my life, I have always liked having flowers and plants around. Giving new meaning to flowers through painting is in itself expressing the perfect beauty of nature, which is present in many places in our daily lives.
